Policies for Training Seminars

Scheduled Classroom Training

• We reserve the right to cancel classroom training sessions with fewer than 3 students.

• Payment for classroom training sessions is due at the conclusion of the class unless other arrangements have been made.

• Effective Systems stands behind the quality of our training material. If you are not satisfied after receiving our training, we will waive payment.

On-site training

• Travel costs may apply if the seminar location is more than 25 miles from New Providence, PA.

• $100 deposit is required to confirm a reservation for on-site training. The balance is due and payable by check at the conclusion of the seminar.

• Effective Systems stands behind the quality of our training material. If you are not satisfied after receiving our training, we will waive payment and refund your deposit.

• Effective Systems provides a video projector and lecturn for the training. We expect our host to provide a meeting room with a suitable projection screen or light-colored wall.

• Our presenter generally needs about 45-60 minutes to set up the meeting room before the start of training.

• If we cancel the training, we will promptly refund your deposit.
