Cost and Payment Information

• Your investment for Managers are Multipliers is $600 for up to 12 participants.*

• Effective Systems stands behind the quality of our training material. If you are not satisfied after receiving the training, we will return your investment.

• A $100 depost will confirm a reservation for a seminar date. (To reserve a date, contact us.) The balance is due by check at the conclusion of the seminar.

• If we cancel the seminar (due to weather or any other reason), we will return your deposit.

What's Included

• A 90-minute interactive training seminar featuring multi-media format, lively group discussion, real-world examples, and workshop exercises.

• Each trainee receives the following:

• A comprehensive handout with "fill-in-the-blank" notes to promote learning.
• A "Managers are Multipliers" reference card.
• A "Manager Job Description" and "Manager Performance Evaluation"

• Your organization receives permission to use or modify the "Manager Job Description" and "Manager Performance Evaluation."

Meeting Room

• We provide a video projector and a lecturn for the presenter.

• You provide a meeting room with a projection screen. (Our presenter will need about 45 minutes to set up the meeting room prior to the start of the seminar.)

Follow-up Services Available

We are here to help you apply this training to your organization.

• Consider scheduling a follow-up session 1-2 months after the seminar. We will lead a group discussion with your managers to refresh the key points, emphasize application, and answer quesitons.

• Consider scheduling our Effective Performance Evaluations training seminar.

* Travel costs may apply if the seminar location is located more than 25 miles from New Providence, PA. If the number of participants is greater than 12, add $25 for each.
