The Effective Leader Series
The Effective Leader Series (ELS) is a series of leadership training seminars for business owners and managers. See the chart below for a list of topics. Although the topics build on one another, each session can stand alone. If you would like to bring the ELS to your organization—or host a seminar in your area—please contact us.
Quality Leadership is vital to an organization’s success. As the two of us have worked together over the past few years, we’ve identified some leadership lessons which have helped us and the companies we serve. We’d like to share some of these lessons with you—along with illustrations from our own successes and failures, strengths and weaknesses. We hope they will help you and your organization prosper. Contact us if we can bring one or more of these sessions to your area or organization.
